PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The company DEEP FOOD s.r.o., Company ID: 21043167, VAT ID: CZ21043167, with its registered office at Štěpánská 1742/27, Nové Město (Prague 1), 110 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 396103/MSPH, email: office@theaddressidea.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), hereby informs you, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), that:

The Controller, in connection with its activities, processes the following personal data solely in accordance with the Regulation: name, surname, education (academic title), phone number, email address, mailing address, and current job position (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”).

The above-mentioned Personal Data will be processed and stored by the Controller based on the legal ground of so-called informed consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”).

All such data will be processed and stored by the Controller only for the necessary period, but no longer than 60 days from the date the data is provided to the Controller.

The purpose of processing this data is to provide or deliver a requested price quote for the Controller's products or services.

Data subjects whose personal data is processed by the Controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subjects”) have the right to withdraw their Consent at any time. Such withdrawal shall not affect the Controller's right to process the Personal Data based on one of the grounds set out in Article 6(1)(b), (c), or (f) of the Regulation.

Data Subjects also have the right to access their Personal Data for the purpose of verification and the right to request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. A part of the Data Subjects' rights is also the right to data portability as defined in the Regulation.

Data Subjects further have the right to object to the processing, addressed to the Controller, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (https://www.uoou.cz).

No profiling or automated decision-making as defined by the Regulation will occur in connection with the processing and storage of Personal Data.

The security and protection of Personal Data are ensured via computer servers with restricted and secured access. Only persons contractually authorized by the Controller or a Processor have access to the Personal Data.
